It may have been over a month but
Colors is currently playing so I thought now is the time to reflect on the Halsey show since I did mean to write it the day after the show.
Tuesday 23rd February:
The original plan was to meet Aimee at King's Cross around 12:15, then take a quick pit stop in Notting Hill to give Vanessa her ticket to the show since she wasn't able to get there until after doors and then continue south to Natalie's house to refresh and recharge however thanks to Aimee getting stuck on a broken down train in the middle of nowhere things got changed round a little but in the end we made it to Natalie's house and I got to pet (and be scratched by) her cat Angel whom I wanted to steal but I don't think my cats would have appreciated an adopted sister.

We made it to Brixton sometime around 3pm, reunited with Emma and Aisling and then went to The. WORST. Weatherspoon's. EVER. I'm not going to go in to our disappointment and anger too much but I will tell you that they didn't have jugs to make cocktail pitchers which means we couldn't have the cocktails we'd been dreaming off, they also didn't have any chicken, yes you heard correct I did say they had no CHICKEN, so I had to have a chickenless burrito which was very upsetting for me. We soon enough joined the maze that was the queue and cracked open our alcohol.
Tip Time: go to poundland or any other bargain store and buy some travel bottles, they are the perfect size to store alcohol and hide it in your bra for when you need to sneak it in somewhere (plus the spray ones make for a real fun time :P)

I've never been to the O2 Academy in Brixton before and it's literally the coolest looking venue, the ceiling is painted black so it makes it seem like its open air and the floor is sloped so no matter how far back you are you can see over the people in front and it's basically just really cool, if you've never been to a show there and you get the chance I urge you to take it. The support for the show and I believe the entire European leg of her tour were two bands, Flor and Borns, both of which were really talented and fun, and one had a lead guy that had the most amazing jacket and the other had a member that looked like The 1975's George Daniel, don't ask me which band was which because the vodka blurred the lines a little.

Sometime during the support acts Vanessa arrived and found us in the crowd with some opposition from the shorter people behind us who didn't like the fact she was tall and one of them even threw water over us which was very polite of them but being a little wet never hurt nobody so we continued our party. Halsey is one insane performer, she puts on one hell of a show and even managed to take her bra off whilst singing and without anyone noticing, which is a talent in itself. I'm going to say my favourite song of the night was Strange Love purely because she didn't sing it at her previous London shows so i'd never heard it live before. I'm really awful at describing shows so all I'm gonna say is she is amazing, I love her a lot and everyone should go to a show if they can.
We then went home and watch The Lizzie McGuire Movie and ate pasta and I don't think there's a better end to a day.
Wednesday 24th February:

The following day me and Aimee had a little wander round London kind of day where we explore Lush, and brought a couple of their Oxford Street exclusives and some easter treats, we than ran in to a giant Badlands posters and went to the Alice In Wonderland Exhibition at the British Library which was super cute and made me sad I don't go to many exhibits and museums.
I'm so sorry this was very late and also probably very crap but I promised myself I would write something, so here it is.
