Late last night after staring at photos of Halsey for a good twenty minutes I thought of a blog post idea that you guys will hopefully like. We all look at celebrities and admire to be like them, to look like them and dress like them but then we look at our bank accounts and cry, so I've decided to take some outfits I've seen on others and have a search around for some cheaper yet equally as cool versions. I guess if you guys like this idea you can suggest some outfits and I'll do the hard task of staring at nice clothes on the Internet for you.

I'm going to start with Halsey's outfit that she wore for her set at Shaky Knees Festival on May 8th, since that was the outfit that inspired this post. According to the twitter page @halseyswardrobe you can buy all of the things she's wearing from online stores but some of them will cost you a lot of dollar or are only available in the US so if you're like me and not rich or from the US I'm going to suggest some alternatives but for those of you that are rich or/and from the US you can get the exact pieces from the following websites.

The closest to this jacket that I could find was a black version and it's from eBay and is only £10.99 (+ £2.99 p&p) [x]

Bralets are super popular at the minute so I'm sure if you go to any high street store you'll be able to find one very similar to the one Halsey is wearing for very little money. I found one on Amazon for just £3.95 [x]

The skirt I found is also from Amazon and ranges from £6 to £10 depending on the size you need. [x]


I can't actually be bothered to go search for other outfits to breakdown because I'm a lazy shit but if you have any good ideas send them my way and I'll look for them for you.
